Review : Exante Diet

It's the end of January and if one of your resolutions this year was to eat healthy and loose weight and you've already messed up, don't get too down on yourself there's still 11 months left and I'm here to help. To keep myself motivated and focussed on my 2016 weight goals I'm going to be testing and reviewing different proucts and hopefully showing you the amazing results at the ends of year. First up, a review of some Exante Diet VLCD products.

These are the products I'll be testing, 2 cool shakes, 1 hot shake and 1 pudding.

Let me started by saying I love the simplicity of making these shakes. It's literally add 200ml water & shake well.
I opted to use a shaker bottle and whisk ball, but you can blend or whisk.

Chocolate Orange Shake: It smells so good! And more importantly it taste good too. The consistently is great, really thick and creamy - it's not at all powdery or clumpy like I've experienced with other shake brands. Winning flavour combo.

Banana Shake: Yummy! The banana shake smells even more amazing, and again the consistency is perfect.

Hot Chocolate & Ginger Shake: The ginger is quite strong but it really mixes up the flavour and is perfect for a hot shake. This was a strange one for me only because I had no experience of a hot shake, but it works really well. I'd recommend shaking this a little longer than your cool shakes as I did have a few lumps, but this would be easily fixed by a longer shake or blend.

Gooey Summer Pudding: Gorgeous! This is amazing and the easiest dessert I've ever made. Add 60ml of water & microwave for 1 minute. Done and delicious. It comes out spongy and has a tasty gooey center. If you struggle with weightloss or meal replacement plans because of a sweet tooth this will keep you from reaching for the chocolate. Love it.

All of these products are from Exante Diet's VLCD (very low calorie diet) Range and can be purchased as part of a plan pack or individually, so ideal for both long term weight management and short term dieting. The range of products and flavours are what makes these stand out for me and I can't wait to try creamy coconut, blueberry and orange & pineapple. If shakes aren't for you Exante Diet also have weight management meal plans. Overall I'd recommend them & will definately be trying out more of the shakes & puddings.

Do you have any weightloss tips or product recommendations for me?
