If you're not vegan, maybe thought about it and not sure where to start Veganuary is a great place to start. Why not try a plant-based diet for January and help protet the enviroment, prevent animal suffering and inprove your health. I give it a try in 2017 and am now celebrating my 4th veganniversary :)
It can be a little daunting, don't worry you don't have to survivive on salads (but oh my god salads can be unreal). Here are some familar names offering some great things to try this year. Check your Tier and see if you can order takeaway and keep safe
Starbucks

* Beyond Meat Breakfast Sandwich £4.49 - Savoury Beyond Breakfast Sausage patty, with tomato relish, tofu turmeric egg alternative and a slice of melted plant based cheese
* No Chick’n and BBQ Hot Wrap £3.99 - Hot wrap filled with flame grilled soya based chicken alternative, BBQ beans, spinach, onion, coriander and lime juice
Subway

* The T.L.C Sub - Tastes Like Chicken Sub made with plants
* The Meatless Meatball Marinara is still available - plant-based meatballs in the delicious sauce
Chicago Town Pizza

Chicago Town already offers an amazing Stuffed Crust Sticky BBQ Jackfruit frozen pizza, now they are launching two new vegan pizzas.
* Smokey 'Bacon' and Mushroom - With a saucy filled crust and a vegan gouda topping
* 2 Pack Mini Deep Dish Fully Loaded CHeeseburger flavour vegan pizzas - With tomatoe sauce base, vegan mozzarella, burger crumbles, red onions, tomatoes and gherkins
Greggs

The amount of vegan sausage rolls I have cosumed since they launched in 2019 is obscence. I wear my pin with pride, and lets not talk about the number of vegan steak bakes (they are my favourite vegan treat, I'd take them over chocolate seriously). And now Greggs have teamed up with Iceland answering the prayers of vegans everywhere.
* Frozen Vegan Sausage Rolls pack of 4 £2.50
* Frozen Vegan Steak Bakes pack of 2 £2.50
Try it yourself
If those aren't tickling your fancy why not cook something for yourself? These will definately have something you will love and are great places to start
